I would say that the one exception to this would be Inventors Fair in the Whir of Invention-style prison artifact decks, as buying back a tutor effect like that every turn sounds solid

It was the strongest and felt the smoothest of any of the starter decks since the phenomenal Amethyst/Steel starter deck way back in Rise of the Floodborn

Clearly meant to be played along dice-rolling cards, Barbarian Class may be less versatile than Wizard Class and Warlock Class, but what it gives up in flexibility it more than makes up for in sheer fun
